SPRITZ BETON AUTOMATIC SYSTEM |

This system is used to automate cement deposit on river and channellsides. After the right settings, spritz beton system can start, in automatic way, under the supervision of one operator.
REGULATIONS The system foresees settings as follows: Manual regulation of slide angle. Tthis regulation is used to make slide positoning parallel to the channelside. Normally the angle is from 0° to + 60°. Manual regulation of the distance from the head of the lance to channelside. Regulation is ± 500 mm. These two combined regulation allow the head of the lace to run in parallel line with the channelside. Manual regulation of traslation speed for the lance of the head. Speed estimated is è di 4 m/min; the regulation range of traslation speed is from 0 to 20 m/min. Electronic regulation of truck traslation speed. Speed estimated is 40 m/h; the regulation range of traslation speed is from 10 to 80 m/h. Steering gear system of the truck is external and electronic.
EQUIPMENT OPERATIVITY Regulations done, next process is to define required parameters to do coats; parameters to be defined are the follows: Define coats required with plant stationery; that is to define how many coats need to be done on the same side. Define distance from one coat and the next. In this way is settled the distance to be covered by the truck between one coat and the next. Advacement speed is operated by a computerized system to obtain soft starts and stops. The truck can move at constant speed also and delivery lance can run or stopped in one position. The truck moves and operates with engine stopped.
Ending these activities, equipment can start to work in continuous way without attendance of operators. The only think which the supervisor is in need to do, is to verify that the truck not divert from its trajectory. A deviation can be costed by uneven operating ground.
DESCRIPTION OF MECHANIC/ELECTRONIC PARTS OF SRITZ BETON SYSTEM
TRUCK
FRAME It is made by frame and slide longitudinal to truck axle. Sliding is obtained by oleodynamic cylinder.
HEAD ADVACEMENT SLIDE Slide is made by 6 meter steel tubolar trestle with head sliding system. Sliding is operated by chains moved by hydraulic motor. In reversal points are mounted stops, one of which adjustable to manage advacement of the headlla testa. Angle: from 0° to + 60° Rotation to lay down: 90°
COUPLING CRADLE OF HEAD SUPPORT The cradle is carried away by the system above mentioned. Moreover the cradle has possibility to move transversally to slide ± 500 mm for regulation of the head from the ground.
TRUCK TRASLATION SYSTEM Truck traslation is operated by oleodynamic addictional system. Check and administration of the distance to run is operated by a millimetric encoder.
PIPE TIGHTENER Pipe tightener chain for oleodynamic pipes control.
CONTROL PANEL Control panel is made by a case, including alphanumeric keyboard, graphic monitor electronic boards, CPU and firmware.
